How I Work As A Supervisor

Supervision is a collaborative, personalised, and relational process where you can pause, exhale, and look at your work with fresh eyes. Together, we make sense of the clinical process, honour the person of the therapist, and stay grounded in thoughtful, trauma-informed practice.

Together, we focus on three core pillars:

  • Clinical Depth: Deepening case formulations and navigating 'stuck points'
  • The Person of the Therapist: Processing your own responses and the emotional impact of the work
  • Systemic Context: Understanding the wider circles (family, workplace, services) surrounding the client

Who I Support

Supervision may be a good fit if you are:

Early Career Focus

A junior or early‑career psychologist, counsellor, or mental health professional working with adults.

Clinical Support

Looking for support with trauma, anxiety, mood, or relational/attachment presentations.

Reflective Space

Wanting a safe space to reflect on your clinical decisions, boundaries, and self‑care in the work.

What to Expect

In supervision, you’re invited to bring real cases, questions, and dilemmas from your work. Together, we’ll explore what is happening for your clients, what is happening for you, and how context and systems (family, school, workplace, services) are shaping the work, so theory becomes something you can use in the room, not just read about.

Sessions can also include space to process the emotional load of the work and think about sustainable practice over time.
